About Rachel
Rachel fell in love with her first foster dog in 2017 and the rest is history. Since then, she’s built a number of programs and filled a variety of positions within the animal welfare world including foster coordinator, foster caregiver, urgent dog case manager, shelter supervisor, shelter volunteer, online course instructor and shelter consultant. She loves dogs, foster, teaching and the word efficient.
